The job-shadowing period at your school was a truly rewarding experience that provided us with valuable insights into modern teaching practices. Observing lessons and interacting with teachers helped us discover new strategies and digital tools that can make learning more interactive, dynamic, and enjoyable for students.
Beyond the professional benefits, our visit was also a wonderful opportunity to discover Romanian culture, traditions, and the particularities of the Romanian education system. We appreciated the dedication of the teachers, the welcoming atmosphere, and their willingness to share their experience and knowledge with us.
This mobility experience has contributed significantly to our professional and personal development, inspiring us to introduce new ideas into our teaching and to continue building international partnerships. We sincerely thank the entire school community for their hospitality and for making our stay such a meaningful and memorable experience.

Erasmus experience in Romania

Our job-shadowing experience at your school was extremely valuable and enriching, both professionally and personally. During our visit, we had the opportunity to observe different teaching methods and discover new techniques for making lessons more interactive, engaging, and student-centred. We gained useful ideas that we can implement in our own classrooms to encourage students’ participation, creativity, and collaboration.

Moreover, this experience allowed us to learn more about the Romanian education system, the teaching practices used in Romanian schools, and the country’s rich cultural heritage. The warm welcome and the openness of the teachers made us feel part of the school community and encouraged us to exchange ideas and share good practices.

We are grateful for this wonderful opportunity, which has broadened our professional horizons and strengthened our motivation to continue developing our teaching skills.
